The National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) is the national body, established in July 1999, to promote volunteerism and philanthropy in Singapore, working in partnership with the public, people and private sectors.

National Council of Social Service (NCSS) seeks to provide leadership and direction in social services, to enhance the capabilities of social service organisations, and to promote strategic partnerships for social services.
