The Yellow Ribbon Project

Every year, 11,000 ex-offenders released from the prisons and Drug Rehabilitative Centres yearn with desire to change. Ex-offenders too can get back to their feet and become productive members of Society.

The Yellow Ribbon Project engages the community to offer second chances to ex-offenders and hopes to inspire a ripple effect of concerted community action and ownership to support ex-offenders and their families.

Social Service Fund

Our Social service Fund is a funding channel that allows Voluntary Welfare Organisations to embark on strategic programmes to meet the emerging gaps in the social service sectors. Tote Board strongly believes that the Social Service Fund will serve as a conduit to rally the under-privileged in our midst to move on and make positive contributions to society. In line with this objective, Tote Board has pledged a donation of $126.2million towards the Social Service Fund for three years from 2007 – 2009.
